- Proven experience as a call center representative or sales representative for at least 2 years in luxury or hospitality services.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, as well as active listening abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm and professional.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
