 Apartment Service Technician

The Vineyards of El Dorado is seeking a dedicated and experienced Apartment Service Technician to help maintain and enhance our beautiful apartment community in El Dorado, AR.

Please Note: This is a Safety Sensitive Position and requires full, unimpaired skills and judgment to perform safely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete maintenance tasks, repairs, and service requests in a timely, professional manner

  • Handle pool maintenance, groundskeeping, landscaping, and daily property upkeep

  • Perform preventive maintenance to ensure the property remains in top condition

  • Respond to after-hours emergency calls (on-call rotation required)

  • Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and ensure tools and parts are available

  • Partner with the Community Manager to uphold safety, cleanliness, and quality standards

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (apartment or multifamily preferred)

  • HVAC or EPA Certification - preferred

  • Pool maintenance knowledge - preferred

  • Proficiency in appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, irrigation, and more

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team

  • Available for rotating on-call schedule

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 75 lbs.

  • Bend, stoop, kneel, and crawl in tight spaces

  • Work overhead for extended periods

  • Walk the property and perform physically active maintenance tasks throughout the day
