The Florence location serves a medically complex patient population, making this an especially strong fit for providers who enjoy clinical variety, autonomy, and meaningful patient relationships. Providers here are expected to balance efficiency with thoughtful patient care while collaborating closely with support staff and fellow clinicians.

You’ll work four extended clinic days each week, allowing for a consistent schedule and a built-in three-day weekend every week. The role offers strong exposure to comprehensive outpatient medicine while maintaining predictable hours and no weekend responsibilities.

New graduates who are already licensed in Arizona are welcome to apply. However, candidates with prior Family Medicine or Primary Care experience will be especially well positioned for success in this setting.
