OPEN POSITION: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Urgent CareSCHEDULE: - Full-Time- 4 Days per Week- 10-Hour Shifts- 7:00am to 5:00pm- 1 Weekend Shift per Month - No Evenings- No Holidays- No On-CallCOMPENSATION:- $130,000 to $180,000+ Annual Income- $52 to $65 per Hour, negotiable based on experience- Generous Monthly Bonuses- Loan Forgiveness Plan- Malpractice Insurance w/ Tail Coverage- Health / Dental / Vision / Life Insurance- Paid Time Off Package- $2,500 CME Allowance- License / DEA Reimbursement- 403b w/ Employer Match- Full Details NegotiableLOCATION:Wickenburg, ArizonaCOMPANY PROFILE: This multi-site healthcare organization has been serving the local community for more than 20 years, providing full scope primary care, urgent care, and specialty services. They currently boast a staff of 15 medical providers, who are supported by dedicated clinical and administrative team members. Being affiliated with a local hospital, they have convenient access to services for laboratory, pharmacy, x-ray, EKG, and more.POSITION DESCRIPTION: This is a standard urgent care role in a rural health environment, seeing patients of all ages.Providers see a variable number of patients per day, depending on need and season.
