About the Role RAM is seeking an Operations Manager – Thermographic Data & Reporting to lead end-to-end project execution across flight planning, data collection, processing, and report delivery. This role serves as a primary operational point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring high-quality image collection, accurate analyses, and on-time deliverables. The ideal candidate combines strong logistics and team leadership with hands-on expertise in imaging, GIS, and data workflows to translate technical findings into clear client value.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary client contact for operational needs, including inquiries, data processing/posting in RAM Command (RC), mapping/measurements, and subscription management.

• Partner with Sales at project kick-off to confirm scope; disseminate work to vendors, solicit bids, and coordinate pilots, crews, and equipment for timely execution.

• Develop and monitor flight plans; schedule flights around weather; ensure safety protocols; oversee nationwide and international project logistics.

• Supervise field data collection, return, backup, and organization; enforce SOPs to ensure high-quality image capture and efficient workflows.

• Prepare, analyze, and package deliverables using tools such as Photoshop, Google Earth, and ESRI; deliver accurate reports to clients and Accounting for invoicing.

• Lead, mentor, and schedule data technicians, analysts, pilots, and thermographers; collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, IT, and Project Managers.

• Process raw data for sales insights; post to HubSpot; create proactive maps and support client development through internal and partner systems.

• Monitor client satisfaction; troubleshoot operational issues proactively; escalate risks and remove blockers to protect scope, schedule, and quality.

• Maintain accurate operational records and status updates to support forecasting, reporting, and account planning.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Construction Management, Data Science, GIS, or related field preferred).

• 5+ years of operations management experience in imaging, construction, or technology environments.

• Familiarity with infrared thermography, image processing, and data visualization; Level I/II Infrared Thermography certification preferred.

• Proficiency with Photoshop, Google Earth/ESRI; experience with GIS/CAD/BIM platforms; knowledge of FLIR Tools, MATLAB, Python, and Microsoft Office.

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills; proven ability to manage multi-location logistics (including international coordination).

• Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards for international data handling.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, manage competing deadlines, and deliver high-quality, client-ready outputs in a fast-paced setting.
