Role Overview
Risas Dental and Braces is seeking a patient-focused Orthodontist (DDS/DMD) to provide high-quality orthodontic care in a high-volume, production-driven environment. This role is designed for efficiency and earning potential, with strong new patient flow and incentives tied to starts and case completion.
Orthodontists in this role manage a minimum of 85 patients per day, supported by experienced teams and streamlined workflows.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and treat orthodontic cases (braces and aligners)
- Manage high-volume patient flow efficiently (85+ patients per day)
- Drive case starts and optimize treatment timelines
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
- Collaborate with General Dentists and clinical teams
What We’re Looking For
- DDS or DMD with completion of an Orthodontic residency program
- Active state dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in high-volume orthodontic environments preferred
- Strong clinical efficiency and time management skills
- Patient-focused communication and treatment planning
