Performance Automotive Technician – A or B Level - 2113

Location: Minot, NDSchedule: Monday–FridayCompensation: $70,000–$120,000 earning potential (based on experience & productivity)

A family-owned automotive repair shop in Minot, ND is seeking a high-performing A or B Level Automotive Technician. This shop values work-life balance, professionalism, and quality work, and offers a stable environment with consistent hours and workload.

Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced technician who can diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship. The ideal candidate is motivated, team-oriented, and capable of producing quality work independently.

Requirements – A or B Level Performance Technician

Minimum 6+ years of automotive repair experience
3+ years of diagnostics experience
Diesel (Light & medium duty) experience
Proven track record of high-quality, efficient repairs
Dyno and tuning experience
Strong professionalism and organization
Excellent communication skills
Solid computer skills for diagnostics and documentation
Team-oriented with a positive, driven attitude
