- Provide compassionate personal care and support with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and medication assistance
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical, emotional, or medical conditions, including documenting vital signs and services provided
- Promote client independence, dignity, and quality of life through companionship, social engagement, and individualized care support
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment by following infection control, safety procedures, and completing light housekeeping duties
- Collaborate with the care team by assisting co-workers, completing delegated nursing or therapy tasks, attending required trainings, and following agency policies and care plans
- High School Diploma or GED preferred Good standing, active MN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or successful completion of agency-provided trainingStrong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skillsPrevious experience with older adults preferredBenefits Available to You (For Eligible Positions):
