Position Summary
The Pharmacy Technician at One Health plays a vital role in supporting pharmacists with the preparation and dispensing of medications, maintaining inventory, and ensuring smooth pharmacy operations. This position also assists with administrative tasks, prescription processing, and patient interactions-all while learning and growing in a supportive healthcare environment. Under the supervision of licensed pharmacists, the Pharmacy Technician helps deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate care to our patients and community.
Location: Hardin, MT
Type: Full-Time-40 hrs/week- No weekends!
Salary: $20.05-$21.12/hr DOE

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and dispensing prescriptions under pharmacist supervision
- Enter prescription data and update patient profiles in pharmacy software
- Support inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and checking expiration dates
- Help maintain pharmacy records, invoices, and documentation
- Participate in pharmacy quality assurance and improvement programs
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers
- Comply with HIPAA and One Health policies and procedures
What We're Looking For:
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- State provisional pharmacy technician license (within 60 days of hire)
- BLS/CPR certification (within 3 months of hire)
- Valid driver's license
Preferred:
- Two years of experience in healthcare or community health
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy systems
