Job Description
Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dynamic healthcare team in Peridot, Arizona. This is a great opportunity to work in an outpatient setting, providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population while making a meaningful impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and recovery expectations
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Schedule & Assignment Details:
Flexible scheduling: 4 days/week (10-hour shifts) or 5 days/week (8-hour shifts)
13-week assignment (with potential for extension)
Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain in Arizona)
Strong outpatient experience required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
