Contract Physical Therapist
Location: Sun City, Arizona 85351
Pay: $1,987 – $2,230 per week
Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (day shift)
Dress Code: Gray scrubs (LABPEWTER); lab coat as required
Position Summary & Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy evaluations, treatments, and rehabilitation services
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient care
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and facility standards
Requirements:
Active Physical Therapist license required in the state of Arizona prior to hire
Prior clinical experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
Ability to work in a clinical setting with varied patient populations
Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills
