- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition, functional limitations, and treatment needs.*
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions, exercises, and modalities.*
- Educate patients and their families about the treatment plan, expected outcomes, and home exercise programs.*
- Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and modalities.*
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.*
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and practice policies.*
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Current Arizona state licensure as a physical therapist (new graduates welcome).*
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), preferred, or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited program.*
- Strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of evidence-based practice in physical therapy.*
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.*
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.*
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
