Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-TimeOverlea at Autumn Lake Baltimore, MD $45–$50/hour

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing setting. We are seeking a clinician who is passionate about helping residents restore mobility, improve physical function, and return to the highest level of independence possible.

What You'll Do:

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized care plans
• Provide treatments focused on strength, balance, gait training, endurance, and pain management
• Work closely with PTA staff and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care
• Educate residents and families on mobility strategies, safety, and home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license required
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
