Job Description
We’re recruiting for a Plant HR Operations Manager for a large industrial manufacturing site in the Little Rock area.
This is a hands-on, plant-level HR role supporting a diverse, multi-shift production workforce. The right candidate will bring strong generalist HR experience and the ability to partner closely with operations leaders, supervisors, and hourly employees.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead plant-level HR support for a large manufacturing workforce• Partner with operations on staffing, workforce planning, shift coverage, and retention• Manage employee relations, investigations, attendance, discipline, and policy compliance• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and development for hourly and technical employees• Track HR metrics including turnover, attendance, grievances, staffing levels, and engagement• Coach supervisors on workplace conduct, documentation, and consistent HR practices
What You’ll Bring:• HR experience in manufacturing or a similar industrial environment• Strong background in employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and workforce planning• Experience supporting hourly production teams in a high-volume operation• Ability to work effectively with a diverse, multi-shift workforce• Larger plant or complex manufacturing site experience preferred• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Relations, or related field preferred
Compensation includes base salary plus an 8% target bonus.
