The ideal candidate is a collaborative innovator passionate about driving seamless customer journeys and mentoring others.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Strategically design innovative, end-to-end user experiences optimized for users, business, and technology.
- Visualize and communicate design concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Deliver user experience visions, UI 20specifications, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Conduct usability testing and actively incorporate customer feedback for iterative improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior designers.
- Proven ability to lead complex design projects from concept to launch.
- Exceptional visual and interaction design skills.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills to drive consensus and inspire teams.
