Job Description

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience (preferred)
- License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Availability: At least Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday (required)
- Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and other in-store services
- Support daily store operations, including opening, closing, and managing the register
- Maintain organized and well-stocked inventory in collaboration with management
- Sort and distribute mail to private mailboxes efficiently and accurately
- Be able to stand for extended periods at the service counter
- Safely lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and in person
