Our client, Davenport Foundation Repair, is looking to add a Production Manager to their award-winning team. Davenport Foundation Repair has been a leader in the foundation, seismic, and concrete repair industry in Utah for over 30 years. Our purpose is to redefine the construction industry by providing the highest quality work and remarkable experience, every time.The Production Manager manages the production department and its employees, ensuring the work is done on time and on budget with safety, quality, and efficiency, all while meeting team goals and providing remarkable customer experiences. This position is exempt under the FLSA and reports to the General Manager.What Davenport Foundation Repair Will Provide You:

What You Will Do as a Production Manager:

Lead and Manage the Field Production team.
Drive operational excellence.
Coach and develop Crew Leaders and Installers.
Be a champion of safety and compliance.
Support project completion and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking for in the Ideal Candidate:

An experienced field leader with a background in construction, foundation repair or structural work is a plus.
A strong team manager and motivator who can led from the front.
Detail-oriented and skilled at managing schedules, logistics and priorities.
Committed to safety, quality and efficiency.
You're familiar with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) - or at least open to learning!
