Job Description

Production Trainer Location: Minnetonka MN USA 55345 12 + Months Contract Start Time (AM/PM)3:30 PM End Time (AM/PM)2:00 AM Description: Main Purpose of Role Responsible for the coordination, implementation, and execution of training systems, including developing and innovating training programs to support manufacturing and peripheral groups. Coordinates the ongoing and recurring system training of manufacturing training assistants. Implements and maintain training system controls for manufacturing. What You’ll Work On• Develop and implement Training systems by identifying basic training needs, researching training options, and recommending the most effective methods.• Maintains and enhances Quality systems by identifying, isolating, and resolving problems with existing processes, using customer feedback and automated systems.• Communicates certification and training needs by reporting manufacturing personnel training and knowledge gaps.• Recommends solutions to close the gaps.• Introduces Training system upgrades by identifying and implementing more efficient technology and methods to facilitate training across the company.• Works on/with Global efforts.• Supports business processes outside of Manufacturing by promoting consistency between systems and offering innovative solutions to outside process issues.• Troubleshoot automated systems by identifying & researching the problem, making changes to the system, or contacting the appropriate group to initiate a change.• Plans and organizes project assignments of substantial variety and complexity.• Initiates or maintains schedule for projects and project milestones.• Establishes priorities of project assignments.• Solves complex problems requiring extensive interpretation of procedures and practices to provide leadership in evolving projects.• Select methods and practices to solve problems using ingenuity, creativity, and a high degree of independent action and initiative.• Proposes solutions independently; makes decisions on projects.• Develops and implements projects from concept to completion. Required Qualifications• High School Diploma / GED• Minimum 6 years of related work experience or equivalent combination.• Applies extensive knowledge of business concepts, procedures, and practices and a complete understanding of fundamentals in a functional area and working knowledge of other related disciplines.• Utilizes/interprets advanced data to present documentation and analysis and resolve complex problems. Will perform this job in a quality system environment. Failure to adequately perform tasks can result in noncompliance with governmental regulations.• Performs extremely complex or specialized assignments, usually in the nature of projects, requiring working independently.• May design, develop, or modify area-specific processes or procedures.• Assignments require considerable judgment, a high degree of initiative, creative approaches in troubleshooting, and making recommendations for continuous quality improvement of work methods for functional areas.#TB_PH#ZRHC
