BLSCommon diagnosis / Types of patients CHF, ORTHO, PNEUMONIAWhat areas are they required to cover? Home HealthExperience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: No requirement but would prefer no new gradsIs there a resource available for them to reach out to while in the field? Yes, Clinical manager or educator 24/7 for emergency or 8-5pmShifts & Scheduling: 5-8 hour daysHow often is someone expected to work the weekend shift? What is the weekend shift hours? Yes 8-5 - rotating scheduleAre they asked to go into the Holiday Rotation? YesScrubs (color?) and/or business casual? EitherHow many shifts of orientation does someone get with a preceptor? 2 weeks - few visits with a workcoachAdditional Notes: Phone and tablet will be provided
