Please let me know if you or any of your friends would be interested in this position.Position Details:Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP)- Aberdeen, WALocation : Aberdeen, WA 98520Duration : 13 Weeks Contract Salary Range : $50- $54/hrShift Timing : Day Shift – 08:00am-16:30pmPosition SummaryThe Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) is responsible for providing, coordinating, and directing individualized substance use disorder treatment services to assigned patients. This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, facilitating psychoeducational lectures, providing individual and group counseling, and maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress within the medical record. The SUDP works collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team and reports directly to the Clinical Supervisor.Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive substance use disorder assessments and evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling services as appropriate.
- Facilitate psychoeducational groups and educational presentations.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, case managers, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews.
- Provide crisis intervention and support services when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and professional standards.
- Current Washington State Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) License.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in addiction treatment.
- Associate degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Active Washington State SUDP Counselor License may be considered for trainees with at least 1,800 hours of documented work experience.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Strong communication, counseling, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a related field.
- Experience working in behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, or rehabilitation settings.
- Minimum Years of Experience: 2
