What You’ll DoQuality Leadership & SystemsSet the vision and direction for quality, aligning priorities with business goals and customer requirementsOwn site-wide quality performance across manufacturing operationsLead and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), aligned with ISO standards and industry best practicesEstablish and track KPIs that drive accountability, transparency, and resultsOversee inspection, testing, and quality assurance processes to ensure consistent product integrityPartner closely with engineering and operations to ensure seamless alignment on specifications and executionDrive standardization of processes, documentation, and best practices across the facilityTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of quality engineers, technicians, and inspectorsBuild a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementSet clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and career developmentAlign team resources and priorities with evolving operational needsLead cross-functional initiatives to solve complex challenges and implement sustainable improvementsCompliance, Audits & Continuous ImprovementEnsure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policiesLead internal and external audits, including preparation, execution, and corrective action follow-upChampion root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions to eliminate recurring issuesDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfactionMonitor and communicate quality performance metrics to leadership, identifying trends and opportunities for improvementWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field8–12 years of experience in quality within a manufacturing environment4+ years of leadership experience managing quality teams or functionsStrong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001)Hands-on experience with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, root cause analysis, and control plansSolid understanding of manufacturing processes and production environmentsProven experience leading audits and driving compliance initiativesStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsWhy This Role Stands OutHigh-impact leadership role with visibility across operations and executive teamsOpportunity to shape quality strategy and drive meaningful changeCollaborative, cross-functional environment with strong engineering and operations partnershipPlatform to build, mentor, and elevate a quality organization
