Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality radiation therapy procedures within approved treatment plans.
Ensure accurate patient setup, positioning, and safety protocols for each session.
Maintain detailed treatment records, dose calculations, and equipment logs.
Operate and calibrate radiotherapy equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with physicians to review and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Monitor and report patient responses and adverse effects during therapy.
Participate in quality assurance and performance metrics to maximize treatment accuracy.
Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on radiation oncology advances.
Provide compassionate patient education on procedures, expectations, and safety.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize treatment experiences.
Contribute to pipeline-driven territory planning by tracking patient flow and capacity.
Adhere to contract terms, working onsite, with strong accountability for personal targets.
Experience/Qualifications
Deliver precise radiation therapy per treatment plan with verified patient setup.
Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy or related field; licensed or eligible for licensure.
Operates and calibrates radiotherapy equipment; performs QA checks per protocol.
Maintain accurate treatment records, dose calculations, and equipment logs.
Monitor patient responses, report adverse effects, and coordinate with physician.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to adjust plans and optimize care.
Capable of meeting performance metrics; contribute to pipeline-driven territory planning.
Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current in radiation oncology.
On-site role with strong accountability for personal targets and timely deliverables.
Provide compassionate patient education on procedures, expectations, and safety measures.
