Houghton Physical Therapy – Attleboro, MA
Houghton Physical Therapy is expanding our Prosperity Lab, a premium recovery and wellness space designed to help active adults move beyond rehab into long-term performance and longevity.
We’re looking for a high-energy, people-focused professional to lead this exciting division.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a:
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Athletic Trainer
Personal Trainer
You’ll lead day-to-day operations while guiding patients through recovery, performance, and next-level care.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Prosperity Lab operations
Guide patients through recovery and wellness services
Educate and recommend next steps beyond PT
Conduct follow-ups and consultations
Support strength & conditioning programs
Collaborate with clinical team to enhance patient care
Keep patients engaged and consistent
Bonus: Provide advanced recovery sessions if licensed in massage therapy

Qualifications

Required (one):
Licensed PTA
Certified Athletic Trainer
Certified Personal Trainer
Preferred:
Ortho, fitness, or performance experience
Client-facing or sales experience
Massage therapy license (plus)

Compensation & Schedule

Full-time (40 hours/week)
