Requirements: " AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC required; TNCC must be in packet or proof of class prior to start, NIHSS required prior to start " CEN, ENPC, MOAB, Pro Act of other de-escalation training such as CPS preferred " A minimum of 2 years of experience " Prior travel required if RN has worked in larger (500+bed counts), teaching facilities and more than one ER the facility is willing to forgo this requirement " Large, teaching facility experience required " EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Additional Information: "IVS to OFFER " Monday to Sunday " No block schedules for any reason " Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 3/23 "Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained " This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: " Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended " Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November April
