Job Description

Remodeling Consultant (Design Build Remodeling)

Ben Quie & Sons | St. Paul, MN

Who We Are

At Ben Quie & Sons, we restore and remodel classic homes with deep respect for their history, craftsmanship, and character. Since 1988, we've built a reputation in the Twin Cities for thoughtful design, exceptional craftsmanship, honest communication, and long-term client relationships.

We are a second-generation family-led design-build remodeling company that intentionally takes on a limited number of substantial projects in order to provide a high level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Our clients trust us with homes that often carry decades-or generations-of meaning. Stewardship, craftsmanship, and relationships are at the center of our work.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Remodeling Consultant who thrives in a relationship-driven, consultative environment, and can guide homeowners confidently through the remodeling journey while building trust through professionalism, communication, and expertise.

Our projects are larger, more complex remodeling projects that often involve significant homeowner investment, longer decision timelines, and a high level of trust.

Success in this role comes from building strong relationships, guiding homeowners confidently through the process, and identifying projects that are the right fit for both the client and Ben Quie & Sons.

The ideal candidate is motivated by performance and earning potential while remaining aligned with our values, craftsmanship standards, and client-first approach. This role works closely with leadership, design, estimating, and production teams, so collaboration and communication are just as important as business development ability.

Internal Collaboration

  • Partner closely with design, estimating, and production teams
