Job Description

Who are we looking for?

  • Are you interested in leading and creating exceptional homeowner experiences through relationships, creativity, professionalism, and joy? 
  • Are you passionate about residential homes and providing solutions that transform lives? 
  • Are you interested in getting closer to the work and seeing that your designs get built? 
  • Are you a collaborator who enjoys a studio style vibe and working directly with field superintendents, project managers and crafts people? 
  • Are you a lifelong learner who is interested in growing by listening to and incorporating feedback? 
  • Are you driven to find or create the next great look or material that results in customized designs with “unique stuff”? 
  • Registered Architect and/or ArchiCAD proficiency is a PLUS.
  • 4+ years in residential work is a MUST.

At Quartersawn Design+ Build, our passion is crafting high quality, exceptionally designed, bespoke residential remodeling experiences. We specialize in major upgrades to older homes in Minneapolis and St. Paul and the near surrounding areas.
