Job Description

United Better Homes is currently seeking an experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, professional salesperson who understands roofing, knows how to close deals, and can manage leads from start to finish.

Position Overview

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners, inspect roofs, provide accurate project estimates, and close roofing contracts. You must be confident working independently, performing inspections, and communicating clearly with customers.

Requirements

To be considered, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of roofing sales experience
  • Must have a reliable truck
  • Must have access to a ladder and/or a drone for roof inspections
  • Strong closing skills and ability to run appointments professionally
  • Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofing systems (when needed)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct roof inspections and document findings
  • Meet with homeowners and explain roofing options
  • Provide accurate pricing and proposals
  • Close contracts and submit paperwork correctly
  • Work closely with production team to ensure smooth project flow
  • Follow up with leads and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Represent United Better Homes professionally at all times
