Sales Executive

You can earn excellent income if you focus on your training, use our proven systems and consult our successful producers to provide the best service to clients in your area. 

Our goal is to help families protect their assets in case their main source of income passes away. You will be calling leads, helping them fill out applications and finding them the best insurance plan for their budgets and needs. We will not ask you to sell to your friends and family or ask you to cold call. Our sales reps experience a strong work-life balance when they follow our systems and sales tactics

Compensation:

• Part-Time: $2,200–$4,500+ / month (15–20 hrs/week)
• Full-Time: $7,000–$12,000+ / month (35–45 hrs/week)
• Daily commission payouts directly from carriers
• Performance-based raises
• Bonuses, equity, and trip incentives available

Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling
• Remote work
• Work when and where you want

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to build rapport with clientsExcellent work ethic
• High level of integrity
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is preferred
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• No prior experience in sales or insurance required

Responsibilities:

• Help clients secure life insurance coverage based on their needs
• Follow up with individuals who have requested life insurance info (no cold calling)
• Attend team calls, mentorship sessions, and training (virtual or in-person)
• Use our proven system to guide your sales and client service

This is NOT:

• W-2 hourly or salaried position
• Cold calling, door-knocking, or network marketing
• A corporate job with a cap on income
