- Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and homeowners.
- Be proactive in finding new business opportunities — connect with customers who’ve recently had property losses, stay alert for fires or damage events, and work to be the first on site when restoration services are needed.
- Network throughout the community to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and ongoing relationships.
- Explain our services and guide clients through the insurance restoration process.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through consistent outreach and follow-up.
- Outgoing, friendly personality and excellent communication skills.
- Sales or business development experience preferred (restoration, construction, or insurance background a plus).
- Self-motivated and proactive — someone who takes initiative instead of waiting for leads.
- Comfortable driving around the Wilmington/Jacksonville area and meeting clients face-to-face.
- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
- Can effectively present information to customers one-on-one and in small groups.
- Skilled using social media and other web-based sales tools.
- Local and regional travel may be required for trade shows, training, networking events and for selling services immediately after catastrophic events.
