Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) (All Grade Levels)
Location: Bagley, Minnesota
School Year: 2026–2027
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. Openings are available across all grade levels (PreK–12). The ideal candidate is committed to supporting students with communication disorders and helping them succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Provide both direct and consultative services
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Support compliance with state and federal special education regulations
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Minnesota SLP license and appropriate school certification (or ability to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and school-based service delivery
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
