Seasonal Operator

Shift: 6:45 AM-6:45 PM

Hourly Rate: $15.90 an hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and adjust processing and packaging equipment
• Ensure product quality standards are consistently met
• Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Accurately enter and track production data using computer systems
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Working Conditions:

• Environment ranges from cold, ready-to-eat areas to temperatures as low as -30°F
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and repetitive motion
• Exposure to loud machinery and fast-moving production lines
• Must be comfortable working in wet and cold conditions

Qualifications:

• Strong attendance and reliability during the seasonal schedule
• Basic computer skills (data entry, system navigation)
• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
• Prior manufacturing or food production experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule Requirements:

• Must be available to work 12-hour shifts
• 7 days per week during peak harvest/production periods
• Overtime and weekend work are expected throughout the season
