  • Enterprise Search modernization and analytics-driven discovery

  • Associate Portal transformation and personalization

  • Device & endpoint platforms including DaaS and ITAM modernization

  1. Cross-Platform Integration & Experience Design

Lead integration strategy across critical systems including:

  • Slack, Zoom, SharePoint, Workday, Azure IdP, and enterprise data sources

  • Drive development of connected experiences (e.g., search, support, knowledge access, AI assistants) that enable associates to self-serve and reduce workflow friction.

  1. Data, Metrics & Outcome-Driven Execution

Define and operationalize product success metrics, including:

  • Adoption and engagement (Copilot, Slack AI, Search)

  • Productivity gains and time-to-task improvements

  • Support deflection and cost savings

  • Platform reliability and experience health

  • Leverage usage analytics (e.g., deflection rates, MAU/DAU, response times) to inform prioritization and continuous improvement.
