Zocdoc's most important asset is our people. As a Senior Sales Manager, Customer Success you'll play a meaningful role in shaping how we help healthcare providers thrive through better technology, support, and insights. You'll lead and empower a team of frontline Sales Managers within our Customer Success business unit to consistently exceed performance expectations. This business unit delivers outstanding commercial impact-driving growth, deepening customer relationships, and advancing Zocdoc's mission to give power to the patient. The successful candidate will first learn Zocdoc's established process, then work to innovate on the process to accelerate results with domain expertise in the healthcare sector. This will require a natural bias toward process and repeatability, while also possessing strong flexibility and sales instincts to drive results as strategy evolves with the needs of the business. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing seasoned frontline managers, and helping them coach their teams to desired outcomes.

Your day-to-day is…
- Taking full ownership of business-critical initiatives that drive meaningful revenue growth and operational excellence
- Leading and developing a team of Frontline Sales Managers within our Customer Success business unit to consistently exceed performance expectations
- Coaching and empowering leaders to maximize their team's potential through skill development, accountability, and motivation
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on strategic priorities and execute with precision
- Synthesizing insights from multiple sales environments to innovate, optimize, and scale best practices
- Authentically building and fostering relationships across the organization, serving as a trusted voice of the customer
You'll be successful in this role if you have…
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience, including at least 1 year in second-level management
- A proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams that exceed revenue targets
- Strong coaching and development expertise, particularly within inside sales or customer success environments
- Exceptional judgment and decision-making ability-you're comfortable leading with incomplete data when needed
- Demonstrated success leading teams through periods of rapid growth and change while maintaining high engagement and performance
- Superb communication skills-you believe transparency and alignment are critical to success
- The ability to integrate generative AI tools into your daily workflows to automate tasks, foster innovation, and maximize productivity
