Role and responsibilities:

We are seeking a strategic and results driven Senior Solutions Sales Manager OEM / SI to lead and scale our OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and SI (System Integrator) business across the DACH region.

This role is pivotal in identifying and developing new OEM and SI partners, defining and executing partner mapping and strategy, and nurturing selected strategic (MEGA) OEM/SI accounts. The position combines hands-on business development with strategic ownership of the OEM/SI ecosystem and plays a critical role in driving long-term, sustainable revenue growth. term, sustainable revenue growth.

The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of industrial automation and robotics, paired with proven experience in building long-term, value based relationships with OEMs and System Integrators.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive OEM/SI business development strategies to expand partner coverage and penetrate new markets across DACH

  • Identify, qualify, and onboard new OEM and SI partners with clear long-term growth potential   term growth potential

  • Own and drive OEM/SI partner strategy in close alignment with Area Sales Managers and regional leadership

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers at OEMs and System Integrators, understanding their business objectives to deliver tailored solutions

  • Nurture and develop selected strategic (MEGA) OEM/SI accounts, ensuring long-term collaboration and joint growth

  • Lead partners through evaluation and onboarding processes, ensuring clarity on collaboration models and success criteria

  • Conduct in-depth market and ecosystem analysis to identify trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics

  • Continuously assess and refine existing OEM/SI partnerships based on market developments and performance

This role can be performed remote, hybrid, or from our Munich office. It includes more than 50% travel for partner, customer, and ecosystem engagements.

We expect you to bring:

  • 5+ years of successful experience in business development or sales within automation, robotics, or related industrial technology

  • Strong track record working with OEMs and/or System Integrators, ideally in the DACH region

  • Deep understanding of complex B2B sales cycles, partner driven business models, and ecosystem development

  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution strength

  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence engaging at executive level

  • High level of ownership, intrinsic motivation, and performance orientation

  • Clear, structured communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

  • Native level German (or C2 equivalent) and fluent English
