Position Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner plays a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring high-quality talent across Hebrew SeniorLife. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, this position manages the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders. The Recruiter II will leverage their recruiting expertise and Workday Recruiting experience to deliver timely, effective, and compliant hiring outcomes that align with organizational workforce goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a portfolio of healthcare, clinical positions (nursing, allied health, rehabilitation, and support roles), along with business operational role
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, establish service-level agreements (SLAs), and ensure clarity of role requirements.
  • Post, track, and manage requisitions in Workday Recruiting; maintain accurate candidate pipelines and data integrity.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including jobboards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational values.
  • Coordinate interview logistics, prepare hiring teams, and provide guidance on structured selection practices.
  • Monitor background checks, reference checks, and occupational health clearance processes to ensure compliance and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Compensation on offers; extend and close offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Deliver on time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics, escalating barriers and recommending process improvements.
  • Represent Hebrew SeniorLife at job fairs, career events, and community outreach initiatives to support pipeline building.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes, including Workday optimization, recruitment marketing, and candidate experience initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with ideally 2 years in healthcare recruiting.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting (posting requisitions, candidate management, reporting).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of employment law, compliance practices, and healthcare hiring standards.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience recruiting within senior living, long-term care, or hospital settings.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Strong data orientation with ability to track metrics and use insights to improve recruiting outcomes.
