The Senior Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner leads full-cycle recruitment for a variety of corporate roles, including non-exempt, exempt, and executive level positions. Serving as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and HR Business Partners, this role drives effective hiring strategies, sources top talent through advanced outreach methods, and ensures a positive candidate experience. The position also supports continuous process improvement and strengthens SCP Health’s employer brand while advancing key talent priorities across the organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Partnership
Collaborate with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to understand current and future talent needs.
Serve as a trusted advisor by providing market insights, competitive intelligence, and compensation alignment recommendations.
Build and implement targeted recruitment strategies that support business objectives and workforce planning.
Drive initiatives focused on employer branding and recruitment process optimization.
Full-Cycle Recruitment
Lead full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles including executive, senior leadership, and niche corporate positions.
Manage all stages of the hiring process: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, debriefs, and offer negotiation.
Conduct structured interviews and ensure a consistent process aligned with organizational values and core competencies.
Prepare and extend offer letters in collaboration with Compensation and HRBP teams.
Serve as a primary point of contact between candidates and the organization, ensuring a positive experience throughout.
Sourcing & Candidate Engagement
Use advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking, and research.
Build and maintain strong pipelines for high-impact and hard-to-fill roles.
Proactively nurture talent pools to support long-term hiring needs.
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
Conduct regular check-ins and debriefs with hiring managers throughout the interview process.
Communicate effectively and consistently with both candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Partner closely with Compensation and HR to align hiring decisions with budget and workforce plans.
Process Excellence & Data-Driven Insights
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness) to drive continuous improvement.
Leverage applicant tracking system (Workday) to manage candidate workflows, maintain accurate records, and close out requisitions.
Drive a structured and consistent interview process aligned with organizational competencies and values.
Lead and project manage internal recruiting and talent-related initiatives with clear goals, timelines, and outcomes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruiting, including exempt, non-exempt, and executive-level roles.
Demonstrated success in executive hiring and managing complex or high-impact searches from sourcing through offer acceptance.
Proficient in applicant tracking systems; experience with Workday is strongly preferred.
Skilled in preparing and extending competitive job offers in alignment with internal compensation guidelines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels.
Expertise in leveraging social media, sourcing platforms, and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage top talent.
Proven ability to mentor and coach other recruiters, sharing best practices and driving process consistency.
Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple requisitions and special initiatives simultaneously.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience working within a collaborative team environment, adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.
Knowledge of healthcare recruitment is a plus.
Forward-thinking with the ability to innovate, challenge the status quo, and drive continuous improvement in recruiting strategies and processes.
EDUCATION (Required and/or Preferred):
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field ; advanced degree or certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS) preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Corporate recruiting – 5+ years of experience
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES:
SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
