What You’ll Do
Greet and assist customers with service, repair needs, and recommended maintenance
Listen carefully to customer concerns and match them with appropriate service options
Clearly explain repair needs and keep customers informed throughout their service visit
Stay up to date on new products, features, and training opportunities
Maintain a strong customer follow-up process to drive repeat and referral business
Ensure a high Customer Service Index (CSI) by resolving concerns quickly and professionally
What You Bring
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
1–5 years of automotive service experience (preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
