Job Description
Job Title: Special Education Teacher (Tier 3 and Tier 4) Location: Maple Grove, MN area School Year: 2026–2027 Pay: Starting at $50/hour Position Overview: We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and student-centered Special Education Teachers to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. Openings are available across all grade levels (PreK–12). The ideal candidate is committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment and supporting students with diverse learning needs to reach their full potential. Compensation & Benefits:

- Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Valid Minnesota teaching license in Special Education (or ability to obtain)
- Strong understanding of special education laws, IEP development, and differentiated instruction
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and student success
