Our Client | Florence, KY   On-Site Up to $95/Hour Hours can vary from 20 to 40 a week. Mostly nearing 40 hours a week.

The Role

A short-term contract opportunity for an experienced Construction/Project Manager to act on behalf of the client in overseeing capital project execution at an active chemical manufacturing facility. You'll manage scope, budget, schedules, and contractor coordination from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

• Act as owner's representative in a combined PM/CM capacity for small capital projects
• Follow client capital work process and generate documentation required for AFE submittal
• Support scope development with internal engineering or third-party resources
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and equipment delivery tracking
• Coordinate construction activities with contractors on-site
• Optional: Submit AFE projects, create purchase requisitions, and manage POs and invoicing

What We Need

• Proven experience in Construction Management and/or Project Management
• Chemical processing or industrial plant experience — strongly preferred
• Familiarity with capital project processes, AFE documentation, and contractor coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week on-site in Florence, KY
