Job Description
People Culture Talent is partnering with several companies to help them build their Talent Acquisition teams. We're seeking Full-Cycle Recruiters based in the Bay Area, CA or New York, NY. You'll manage end-to-end recruiting processes with a focus on building exceptional pipelines for specialized roles. These positions offers the opportunity to shape talent acquisition strategy as an early recruiting hire.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute full-cycle recruiting processes from sourcing to closing
Develop deep candidate pipelines, especially for specialized roles
Work closely with hiring managers on strategy and execution
Deliver exceptional candidate experiences
Help improve and develop recruiting operations
Requirements:
3-10 years of experience running full recruiting cycles
Track record of scaling teams at fast-growing startups
Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill technical roles
Strong drive and problem-solving abilities
Willing to work on-site in either Manhattan or San Francisco
