We're a family-owned refrigerated carrier based in East Texas with strong miles, no-touch freight, and routes that keep you mostly below I-40.

What Teams Can Expect

• Teams earn $180,000–$190,000+ annually• $5,000 sign-on bonus EACH driver• Get hired and on the road in as little as 1 week• $1,250 weekly guaranteed minimum• Home every 7–13 days with flexible reset options• 90% of routes stay below I-40• No-touch freight• Good, consistent miles year-round
