Delta Fish Market Bar & Grill is a fast-growing, community-focused restaurant built on great food, great service, and great people. We are looking for dependable, team-oriented Servers, Cooks & Assistant Managers who take pride in their work and enjoy delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Server Responsibilities
Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Deliver food promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized dining area
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Starting Pay:$11/hour + tips
Cook Responsibilities
Prepare menu items according to quality and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
Follow recipes, portion controls, and food safety guidelines
Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen teammates
Support overall kitchen efficiency during peak hours
Starting Pay:$12/hour
Assistant Managers
- Assist with creating staff schedules
- Act as manager on duty
- Lead team to ensure "unreasonable hospitality"
- Help manage inventory
- Resolve customer inquires
Starting Pay: Negotiable based on experience
