Job Description

FieldBridge Energy is looking for a MI Drilling Fluids Specialist in Prudhoe Bay, AK to work for the world's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay is $42–$46/hour | 12.5-hr days, 3x3 weekly rotation | Weekly pay every Friday | At $46/hr, earn $5,117.50 gross on your working week

Position Overview The MI Drilling Fluids Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable drilling fluids services to customers in the field. This role identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work processes, and manages risk during service execution. The specialist serves as a key technical contact at the wellsite, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Execute drilling fluids service delivery accurately and on schedule, ensuring all job deliverables meet customer expectations
Participate in job risk analysis, Service Quality Meetings, and continual improvement programs
Conduct CAT assessments, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections to ensure regulatory and company compliance
Develop and maintain customer relationships to support product and service promotion
Actively participate in HSE and Quality initiatives, wearing required PPE and adhering to all safety policies

Required Qualifications

Experience in drilling fluids or mud engineering in an oilfield/wellsite environment
Familiarity with PSD service delivery and wellsite inspection processes
Ability to work a 3x3 rotation schedule in a remote location (Prudhoe Bay, AK)
Strong understanding of HSE policies and PPE requirements
Effective communication skills for customer-facing and team environments
