Diesel Mechanic – Heavy Equipment | Old Lyme, CT
Local, owner-operated shop in Old Lyme is hiring an experienced Diesel Mechanic to work on excavators, loaders, backhoes, and dozers. Looking for reliable, skilled mechanics who take pride in their work.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair heavy equipment (diesel, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical)
Perform routine maintenance and inspections
Keep work area clean, safe, and organized
Requirements
Experience as a diesel or heavy equipment mechanic
Ability to work independently
Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
