Qualifications:J.D. from an accredited law schoolActive membership in the New York State Bar10+ years of sophisticated matrimonial and family law experienceSignificant first-chair experience handling complex divorce and custody litigationDemonstrated expertise representing high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individualsStrong courtroom presence and negotiation skillsEstablished referral network within the New York legal, financial, and private wealth communitiesPortable book of business* ($750,000+)

Preferred Experience:Matters involving $10M+ marital estatesExecutive compensation and deferred compensation disputesClosely-held business valuation issuesInternational custody and asset tracing mattersHigh-profile or reputation-sensitive representationsExperience working with family offices, private equity executives, hedge fund professionals, and entrepreneurial founders
