Job Description

Strider Technologies delivers strategic intelligence that helps organizations make faster, more confident decisions in an increasingly complex global environment. Using cutting-edge AI and proprietary methodologies, we transform open-source data into actionable insights that help protect technology, talent, and supply chains from nation-state risks.

Summary

Strider’s Government Growth team brings our mission to U.S. federal agencies responsible for national security, economic security, and research protection. We are hiring a Partner Manager to build and grow the partner ecosystem that extends Strider’s reach across the federal market.

In this role, you will recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with systems integrators, prime contractors, resellers, distributors, and technology partners. You will work with partners to identify opportunities, develop joint business and pursuit strategies, navigate contract vehicles and sales channels, and turn partnerships into measurable growth.

You will own relationships across a portfolio of partners while working closely with Strider’s Capture, Sales, Product, and Contracts teams. Your work will help partners understand where Strider fits within federal missions, equip them to represent our capabilities effectively, and create new paths for Strider to reach government customers.

This is an opportunity to develop expertise across federal partnerships, channel strategy, and government growth while building relationships that expand the reach of Strider’s strategic intelligence capabilities.

Key Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, government, political science, international relations, communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

  • 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, channel management, alliances, federal business development, or a related go-to-market role.

  • Experience working with government-focused partners such as systems integrators, prime contractors, resellers, distributors, or technology vendors.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage external business relationships while coordinating effectively with internal sales, capture, technical, or operational teams.

  • Experience managing multiple partners, opportunities, or workstreams while maintaining accurate and timely information in CRM or related systems.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief partners, develop joint plans, and communicate partnership performance and priorities to leadership.

  • Working knowledge of the federal market and an ability to understand how partners, contract vehicles, and acquisition pathways influence government purchasing.

  • U.S. citizenship.

  • Ability to obtain a government security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling or managing partnerships through government aggregators, resellers, or marketplaces.

  • Familiarity with federal contract vehicles and acquisition pathways, including GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), Other Transactions (OTs/OTAs), SBIR/STTR programs, and agency-specific IDIQs.

  • Familiarity with how federal agencies and their partners acquire data, analytics, open-source intelligence (OSINT), AI/ML, cybersecurity, supply chain risk management, research security, or related capabilities.

  • Established professional relationships within the federal systems integrator, reseller, or technology partner ecosystem.

  • Active or prior U.S. security clearance.

Description

As a Partner Manager, you will help build and operate Strider’s federal partner program from partner recruitment through joint pursuits and ongoing performance management. You will develop relationships that create new routes to market, help partners understand and position Strider’s capabilities, and identify where Strider and its partners can pursue federal opportunities together.

You will:

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a portfolio of government-focused partners, including systems integrators, prime contractors, resellers, distributors, and technology partners.

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned partners, developing productive relationships across their sales, capture, and technical teams.

  • Develop joint business plans and pursuit strategies that identify priority agencies, programs, opportunities, and contract vehicles where Strider and its partners can pursue business together.

  • Generate and develop partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, tracking opportunities from identification and registration through pursuit and award.

  • Enable partners with training, sales collateral, demonstrations, use cases, and competitive positioning so they can accurately and effectively represent Strider’s capabilities.

  • Coordinate teaming strategies and arrangements, including prime and subcontractor roles, contract vehicle access, reseller relationships, and marketplace agreements.

  • Support partner agreements, deal registration, and marketplace listings through government-focused aggregators, resellers, and other channels.

  • Partner with Strider’s Capture, Sales, Product, and Contracts teams to align partnership activities with active opportunities and the broader government growth strategy.

  • Maintain accurate partner, opportunity, and pipeline information in Strider’s CRM and related systems.

  • Monitor partner performance and provide Growth leadership with visibility into partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, wins, engagement, and overall program health.

  • Represent Strider at relevant partner events, industry days, and channel conferences to develop relationships and identify new partnership and growth opportunities.

  • Take on additional responsibilities as Strider’s federal business and partner ecosystem continue to scale.

Why Strider

The partnerships you build will expand how Strider reaches federal agencies responsible for protecting U.S. technology, research, and innovation. You will work alongside intelligence professionals, technologists, analysts, and growth leaders focused on addressing state-sponsored risk while building relationships that create new paths for Strider’s capabilities to support government missions.

As Strider’s federal business grows, you will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in federal partnerships, channel strategy, and government acquisition while taking increasing ownership of partner relationships and growth initiatives.
