Resource Innovations is seeking a Partner Relations Associate to join our growing team in New England. This role blends relationship-driven outreach with program coordination and partner management, supporting the successful delivery of utility energy efficiency programs in Connecticut.

In this highly collaborative role, you will serve as a key connector between utility clients, distributors, internal delivery teams, and program partners. You will focus on building trust-based relationships, supporting supply chain partners, advancing projects through clear communication and follow-through, and helping manage program activities from outreach through project closeout.

This position is ideal for someone who excels at people-facing work, enjoys moving projects forward through strong communication and organization, and is comfortable balancing relationship management with operational and program support. Success in this role is measured by performance results, partner satisfaction, program participation, and effective collaboration across teams.

Building on our expertise in energy efficiency, we're constantly expanding our portfolio of clean energy solutions to guide utilities through increasingly complex, connected challenges. Load flexibility. Electrification. Carbon reduction. With every step, we're leading the charge to power change.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and distribute marketing content and communications related to program structure and updates.
  • Assist with application support, project tracking, documentation, and issue resolution to keep projects on schedule.
  • Monitor project and program activity, maintain project tracking and databases, and support reporting on participation, performance, and key milestones.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with program management, marketing, outreach, rebate processing, and software teams to support program goals and continuous improvement.
  • Adapt to changing program needs, market conditions, and client priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service and partner satisfaction.
