Customer Support Representatives helps with any customer complaints, documents files and ensures excellent customer service is being met.Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain working knowledge of customer requirements and apply them to all tasks handled
- Understand what NEIS does and the purpose of performing audits and surveys in order to answer basic questions
- Field customer communications, provide accurate and thorough responses
- Properly document case file progress reports
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Respond thoroughly and promptly to customer inquiries
- Acknowledge and facilitate resolution of customer complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Actively participate in team meetings and provide feedback
- Strictly follow all security requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Positive attitude and adaptability
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Proficient use of phones, computer software, and technology
- Experience working with customer support
- Familiarity with various file formats
- Working knowledge using Microsoft applications
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload
- Trouble-shooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
