The OpportunityAs a Partner Tax Preparation Advisor Manager, you will provide personalized tax planning and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and privately-owned businesses. Within our Tax practice, you will focus on delivering strategic advice and guidance to clients, helping them navigate complex tax regulations and optimize their tax positions. This role offers the chance to work closely with clients, providing tailored solutions that align with their unique financial goals.As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths, managing performance to meet client expectations. You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, leading with integrity and authenticity. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in meaningful conversations with clients and team members, while upholding professional and technical standards.Responsibilities- Leading tax planning and compliance initiatives for high-net-worth individuals and privately-owned businesses- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of tax-related projects- Utilizing analytical thinking to navigate complex tax regulations and optimize client tax positions- Developing and reviewing tax documents, confirming accuracy and compliance with current legislation- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for tax optimization- Providing coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance- Collaborating with stakeholders to address conflicts and engage in constructive discussions- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with the firm's code of conduct- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to improve service delivery- Managing project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectationsWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance

- At least 4 years of experience

- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunityWhat Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's degree

- Applying knowledge of partnership K-1 income and state tax credits- Managing individual tax compliance processes including reviewing individual tax returns for accuracy and compliance- Leading and coordinating virtual teams- Building trusted client relationships- Managing project workflows and budgets- Leveraging emerging technologies to improve efficiency- Demonstrating proficiency in tax compliance and consulting- Utilizing strategic planning skills in tax preparation- Excelling in partnership and personal income tax services- Managing corporate tax planning and compliance oversight- Analyzing financial trends for tax risk management- Mentoring team members in tax documentation and research

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
