Job Title: Partnership Tax Senior ManagerLocation: Dallas, TXSchedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite )We are hiring a Partnership Tax Senior Manager to lead complex partnership tax compliance and consulting engagements. This role will oversee client projects, review partnership tax returns, advise on Subchapter K matters, support tax planning strategies, mentor teams, and contribute to business development.Requirements:
  • Active CPA (Texas or reciprocity)
  • 10+ years of progressive tax compliance/consulting experience
  • Strong experience with partnership taxation, Subchapter K, and US GAAP
  • Public accounting background required - Big 4 or Top 15 preferred
  • Leadership and client management experience
Preferred:
  • Experience with partnership structuring, entity formation, and M&A
